What you'll do

• Design inbound and outbound call flows, including the point at which a conversation moves to a human agent.
• Configure SIP trunks, numbering and routing with carriers across the Gulf and the UK.
• Integrate Apex with client CRM, ticketing and business systems so a conversation completes the work behind it.
• Tune voice agent prompts, guardrails and escalation rules against real call recordings.
• Run cutover, hypercare and handover into the managed service team.

What we're looking for

• Three or more years in contact centre, VoIP or unified communications engineering.
• Working knowledge of SIP, RTP, codecs and carrier interconnect.
• Comfortable with REST APIs and webhook-driven integration.
• Able to explain a technical design to a non-technical client sponsor.
• English essential; Arabic an advantage.

What you'll do

• Design LAN, WAN and cloud network topologies for multi-site enterprise clients.
• Configure and operate SD-WAN, MPLS, firewalls and the QoS policies that protect voice traffic.
• Size capacity ahead of seasonal peaks rather than after an incident.
• Produce the architecture document, rollback plan and escalation path for every change.
• Support the managed service team on escalated network incidents.

What we're looking for

• Four or more years designing and operating enterprise networks.
• Hands-on with at least one major vendor stack: Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper or equivalent.
• Practical QoS experience for real-time voice and video.
• Cloud networking exposure in Azure or AWS.
• CCNP, JNCIP or an equivalent certification, or the experience to match it.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain features across the Apex web application, front end through API.
• Work with real-time call state, queueing and event streams.
• Write the tests and instrumentation that make a release safe to ship.
• Review peers' code and take part in design discussions before work starts.
• Investigate production issues alongside the engineers who operate the platform.

What we're looking for

• Three or more years building production web applications.
• Strong TypeScript, plus React and Node or a comparable server runtime.
• Comfortable designing and consuming REST APIs and modelling relational data.
• Familiar with continuous integration, containers and at least one cloud platform.
• Real-time or telephony experience is an advantage, not a requirement.

What you'll do

• Run posture and vulnerability assessments across client estates.
• Triage alerts, investigate incidents and drive remediation through to closure.
• Maintain the operational evidence that supports audit and compliance work.
• Harden identity, access and endpoint configuration alongside the delivery teams.
• Report findings in language a client executive can act on.

What we're looking for

• Two or more years in security operations, a SOC or a compliance role.
• Practical experience with SIEM tooling and incident triage.
• Understanding of identity, access control and endpoint hardening.
• Familiarity with a recognised control framework such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
• A security certification is welcome but experience carries more weight.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery sessions that start from the customer journey, not a product checklist.
• Translate an operational problem into a scoped, costed technical proposal.
• Build and present Apex demonstrations against the client's own scenarios.
• Work with engineering to confirm what is deliverable before it is promised.
• Stay engaged through delivery so the reasoning in the proposal survives into production.

What we're looking for

• Four or more years in pre-sales, solution consulting or technical account management.
• Enough technical depth to hold a design conversation with an engineering team.
• Experience scoping enterprise software, communications or managed services.
• Confident presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.

• Build and maintain a pipeline with accurate, current records.
• Represent Prime Alley at industry events and client meetings.
• Work with marketing and consulting to turn interest into scoped work.

What we're looking for

• Two or more years in business development, ideally technology or managed services.
• A track record of building pipeline from a standing start.
• Comfortable with CRM discipline and honest forecasting.
• Experience of the UAE market is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
