Three commercial audiences
One product for businesses, partners and providers
Apex can run a company's own customer operation, become a partner's branded proposition or provide the controlled multi-tenant layer beneath a wider service.
Direct operation
Businesses
Every call answered. Every outcome carried forward.
Answer routine demand, run outbound campaigns and complete follow-up without separating AI voice, human agents and customer records.
Channel proposition
Partners and resellers
Your brand. Your pricing. Your customers.
Offer Apex under your own commercial model with partner branding, customer separation and scoped analytics and billing.
Multi-tenant platform
Providers and operators
Central control without tenant overlap.
Operate many customer environments with role, capacity, usage and commercial controls separated at provider, partner and customer level.
Inside Apex

The conversation lifecycle
Four ways Apex carries work through
Apex connects the conversation, customer record, next action and operating controls across direct, human and partner-led journeys.
- ANSWER
01 · Inbound journey
A call becomes a completed action
Apex answers from approved knowledge, logs the conversation, updates the record and sends the follow-up or booking link the outcome requires.
- CAMPAIGN
02 · Outbound journey
A campaign operates inside its rules
Lists, pacing, retries, business hours, suppression and budget ceilings govern every dial before the outcome triggers the next step.
- WORKSPACE
03 · Human workspace
The working day stays in one view
Calls, WhatsApp, email, meetings, contacts, pipeline and tasks share context while supervisors can listen, whisper or join when needed.
- PARTNER
04 · Partner operation
Each customer stays inside its boundary
Partners onboard customers under their own brand and commercial model while tenant data, analytics, usage and permissions remain scoped.
Deployment
From a real call flow to a controlled go-live
The implementation starts with the work callers are trying to complete, not with a blank automation canvas. Every AI path has an owner, a human exit and a test case.
- 01Map the workQueues, customer journeys, working hours, languages and the cases that must always reach a person.
- 02Design the boundariesApprove what AI may resolve, the data it may use and the conditions that trigger a human handover.
- 03Connect the operationConfigure numbers, routing, channels and the agreed CRM or service-desk write-back.
- 04Prove and operateTest ordinary and failure scenarios, train the team and move into measured support with named ownership.
Buyer questions
What to establish before a demo becomes a deployment
Is Apex a cloud contact centre or an AI voice agent?
It is one product with role-based experiences. AI voice agents, human agents, supervisors, contacts, campaigns, follow-up and analytics work on the same operating surface. Prime Alley also designs and operates the telephony and integrations beneath it.
Does AI replace the customer-service team?
No. It removes repetitive demand and gathers structured information. Your approved escalation rules decide which conversations always go to a person, and the handover includes the transcript, summary and known context.
Can Apex connect to our CRM or service desk?
Apex includes its own contact, company, pipeline, task and project records and can exchange approved customer, conversation and task data with external systems. The exact fields, actions and connection method are confirmed during discovery.
Can we keep our existing business numbers?
Usually. We assess the current carrier, number type and regulatory conditions first, then document whether the number can be ported, forwarded or connected through an approved trunk before any change is made.
How do you handle recordings, transcripts and access?
Retention, access roles, export and deletion requirements are agreed before go-live and reflected in the deployment design. Regulated or sensitive workflows receive stricter human-handover and evidence controls.
Can Apex run outbound calling campaigns?
Yes. Campaigns can apply pacing, concurrency, retry, business-hours, time-zone, suppression and budget rules. The applicable consent and Do Not Call requirements must be confirmed for each market before launch.
Can partners offer Apex under their own brand?
Yes. The white-label and multi-tenant model supports partner branding, customer separation and scoped analytics and billing. The commercial and operating responsibilities are agreed during partner onboarding.
